Arthur Manser - President
Arthur has been a Rotarian since 1985 and is currently a member of Rotary Club of St Peters. He was District Governor in 2005-06 and has been a member of IFCR since 2010. He toured UK in 2013 and attended the Nottingham world festival in 2013. He was a member of the organising committee of the 2012 Adelaide festival.
